Terms & Conditions for The Single Parent Network (SPN)

Welcome to The Single Parent Network ("SPN", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and membership offerings. By accessing or using any part of our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
To become a member of SPN, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Membership & Payments

• SPN offers one low cost monthly membership
   
• Payments are processed securely and must be made at the time of registration.
   
• All membership fees are non-refundable.
   
• Chargebacks will be investigated and may result in termination of access to SPN.
   

3. Identity Verification
To maintain the integrity of our community, members may be required to verify their identity via Stripe Identity or a third-party verification tool before full access is granted.

4. Use of Community Platforms

• Members will be assigned to private groups based on their membership tier.
   
• Respectful conduct is required. No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.
   
• SPN reserves the right to remove or suspend any member who violates these rules without refund.
   

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through SPN, including logos, videos, guides, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Single Parent Network and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
SPN is not responsible for any outcomes, actions, or decisions made by members as a result of using our services or networking with other members. All information provided is for support and educational purposes only.

7. Privacy Policy
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

9. Termination
SPN reserves the right to terminate any account that violates our terms without notice and without refund.
